In the last week, Trump and Trudeau have exchanged tough words over trade after the US imposed hefty tariffs on steel and aluminum from Canada, Mexico and Europe. And he emphasized a "good relationship" with French President Emmanuel Macron, saying they sometimes have a "little test" on trade, but predicting a positive outcome.
"There is no doubt that foreign interference in our democratic institutions and processes, and other forms of hostile activity, pose a strategic threat to our shared values and interests", British Prime Minister Theresa May said at the G7 Summit on Saturday.
