The woman claimed that while she was taking a photo with Cuban in a Portland nightclub, the business mogul reached inside her trousers and sexually penetrated her. A summary of the alleged victim's statement within the report stated that Cuban's hand moved from her lower back to her rear end, after which he allegedly "pushed his hand down the back of her jeans and inside her underwear where he cupped his hand over her groin area and inserted the tip of his finger into her vagina". After an investigation that included Cuban passing a lie detector test, the Multnomah County District Attorney's Office declined to press charges.
The woman, however, stood by her claim while speaking to the Willamette Week.
However, when contacted by Willamette Week she maintained that Cuban had assaulted her. "I stand behind that report 1,000%".
"This incident never happened and her accusations are false", Houze said.
The revelations come two weeks after Sports Illustrated detailed years of sexual harassment and misconduct allegations within the Dallas Mavericks' organization.

Portland's Willamette Week published what it said were details from a case that police did not pursue because of a lack of evidence. It's unclear if any action will be taken against Cuban by the network as a result of these recently resurfaced allegations. In it, the woman's friend said that Cuban was, "Very drunk" and that "His eyes were half closed, he was unstable on his feet, and he was slurring his words". Cuban actually chose to speak at length with Portland Police Detective Brendan McGuire, who filed the report, rather than consulting an attorney first.
But in an email to the Associated Press, the billionaire simply wrote: 'It didn't happen'. One image is described as "Cuban reaching down towards her buttocks".
According to the memo, Cuban was asked three questions in the polygraph exam: "While in the bar did you commit any sexual act?"
"The case detective and the complainant both agree with the conclusion there is no corroborative evidence to support the complainant's allegation", wrote senior deputy DA Don Rees on July 27, 2011, via Williamette Weekly.
