A 19-year-old man sustained life-threatening injuries during a shooting between two men who were sitting inside a auto when one of them tried to holster a gun, according to Columbia police.

The Black Friday madness began early in one Alabama mall - which was forced to shut down as a result of several fights that erupted between shoppers. No one was transported to the hospital. Al.com reports that two women were fighting over a matter unrelated to shopping.

The second incident was the fight.
The sale caused shoppers to become frantic and in one store in Alabama, two women started an all-out brawl which led to their arrest. ABC 17 News reports a 19-year-old was listed in critical condition after an interaction with the police. Reports of gunfire quickly spread on social media, but authorities said reports of shots fired were not confirmed and no one was shot.
The mall is set to reopen today at 6 a.m. and will remain open until 10 p.m. Police were still interviewing witnesses on Friday, but they did not identify a suspect or disclose a motive for the attack. A YouTube video of the brawl hit the internet on Friday, prompting news coverage from a number of sites, including the Daily Caller.
