The defense lawyer sought to show that Constand changed her mind about the date of the alleged assault.
Constand testified she remembers having blurred vision, saying, "I could see two of him", and that her legs were "rubbery". According to Constand, the next time she visited the comedian's home to talk about her future with the women's basketball team, he gave her pills that left her paralyzed as he grabbed her breasts and genitals.

Court officials say Allred was complying with rules that require phones be put away.
