According to the report, the woman told Conley "she wanted to watch (another) couple" (have sex) with the intention "to try and avoid having sex with Conley all together".
Conley's attorney, Kevin Spellacy, has denied the accusations and called them "ludicrous and ridiculous", according to Channel 19, the CBS affiliate in Cleveland.
Cleveland police have not filed charges against Conley in connection to the case. She said she decided not to stay with her friends and went with Conley back to his room.
With just two days remaining before the draft, National Football League teams will rush to determine whether Conley was involved before deciding to spend a coveted draft pick on the talented cornerback.
Conley is expected to be a first-round draft selection in this week's NFL Draft.
