New emails also suggest turmoil between Chelsea Clinton and Band.

Band revealed in the 12-page memo that "This memorandum strives to set forth how I have endeavored to support the Clinton Foundation and President Clinton personally".
Though her housecleaning role had Hillary Clinton's tacit approval ("My mother strongly agreed", Chelsea Clinton said in one email laying out proposed changes at the foundation), it proved not to be so simple.
Those issues were spelled out more clearly than ever on Wednesday in a memo stolen from the email account of Clinton campaign manager John Podesta.

The memo, which was released by WikiLeaks on Friday, may have been prompted by Clinton spokeswoman Jennifer Palmieri's poor performance the day before when pressed about Cosby's ties to the Clinton Foundation.
"As the memo demonstrates, Teneo worked to encourage clients, where appropriate, to support the Clinton Foundation because of the good work that it does around the world", the statement said. He later arranged for Bill Clinton to give three paid speeches to the firm for a total of $900,000, The Hill reported.
The Clinton Foundation began in 1997. "Doug apparently kept telling my dad I was trying to push him out, take over - and Dad kept asking him - has she said that to you?" Band has said the exchange Chelsea Clinton describes never happened. "I guess I know the answer", she wrote to Podesta, "they wanted to get away with it".
Abedin wrote Mook that the Moroccans agreed to host a Clinton Global Initiative Africa conference entirely predicated on the idea that Clinton herself would appear.
Even when emailing with her parents, Chelsea Clinton was not shy about delivering blistering criticism, as when she wrote to them after a trip to Haiti, which the foundation was trying to help rebuild after the 2010 natural disaster. In exchange for the latter contribution, Band wrote, the former president attended a Dow dinner in Davos, Switzerland.
